Some fragrances temporarily enter our resting archives, making space for new fragrance documentations. These works remain accessible through our community-guided reissue program. Add your name and email to our “FRAGRANCE REGISTRY” for any archived perfumes - when sufficient interest accumulates, we will awaken these editions for a limited release. Registered members receive priority access and special consideration for pre-order editions.

• Please allow up to 3 business days for processing before your order ships

• International shipping rates calculated at checkout

• Packages shipped via UPS / FEDEX / USPS with tracking provided
  

ON RETURNS

• All items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and original packaging

• Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase

• Include any promotional gifts received with purchase

• Contact SALES@FOLIE.SPACE for return authorization before shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Refunds processed within 3 business days of receiving return
  

DAMAGE CLAIMS

• Any damage to products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• All damage claims require clear photographic evidence showing:

    1. The unopened shipping package/box with visible damage

    2. The shipping label (with personal information concealed)

    3. The damaged product inside the package

• Photos must be submitted to SALES@FOLIE.SPACE along with your order number and delivery date

• Claims submitted without proper documentation or outside the designated timeframe will be declined

• We reserve the right to request the return of damaged items before processing a replacement or refund
