LOYALTY
Artist — Adam Linder
Perfumer — Mark Buxton
Medium — Dance
Status — Available
»Nowness with inspirations of the past. From Monotone to technicolor.«
Adam Linder left the Royal Ballet at twenty-one and spent years away from its strict vocabulary. Then he came back — not to resurrect it unchanged, but to operate on it. Loyalty (2021), his ballet in three acts set to the music of British avant-garde band Coil, moves from monochromatic discipline to naked, crude physicality to luscious, warm partnering — each act with its own temperature, its own scent. The fragrance translates devotion: what a dancer's loyalty to form — practiced daily, abandoned, then reclaimed — smells like.
SPICY · WOODY · ANIMALIC · FLORAL
MATERIALS
bergamot, ginger, saffron, ambrarome, benzoin, costus, patchouli, animal notes, oud, cypriol, gaiac wood
Each bottle carries its own artwork. Request a preference at checkout.
Arrives in its handcrafted box from Hokkaido.
